At Incognitus, we believe that great events are built on more than logistics and planning — they are built on relationships. From the very beginning, our focus has been on people: our clients, our partners, our team, and the communities we serve.
For over 35 years, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s largest and most iconic events. What sets us apart is not just our expertise in event management, but the trust and loyalty we’ve earned along the way. Client by client, project by project, we’ve nurtured partnerships that have stood the test of time — many spanning decades and continents.
These relationships thrive because we approach every event as a collaboration. We listen, we challenge ideas, and we bring a fresh perspective to every project. Our team works side by side with our clients, combining creativity, practicality, and precision to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.
But beyond the work, it’s the genuine connections we build that make the real difference. Long after the last guest leaves and the lights go out, the strength of those relationships continues — evolving into friendships, partnerships, and shared success stories that endure.
At Incognitus, events may be our business, but relationships are our legacy.
At the heart of Incognitus is family. Founded by brothers Paul and Craig Lovett, the business has always been driven by shared values of trust, resilience, and hard work. For more than three decades, they have worked side by side, blending complementary skills and personalities to create a company that now delivers some of the largest and most complex events in the world.
That legacy of family continues with the next generation. Nick Lovett, Craig’s son and Paul’s nephew, now serves as General Manager of Operations, bringing fresh energy and perspective while carrying forward the same principles that built Incognitus from the ground up. His leadership ensures the business remains agile, innovative, and connected to the evolving needs of clients worldwide.
The strength of family is more than a name on the door — it is the foundation of how we work. It allows for honest conversations, resilient decision-making, and a deep commitment to each other and to the success of every event we deliver. Together, Paul, Craig, and Nick embody the spirit of Incognitus: a family business with global impact, built on relationships that last.
Every successful event is the result of having the right people in the right place at the right time --and at Incognitus, that’s exactly what we do best.
With more than 35 years of global experience, we’ve built a team of passionate professionals who thrive under pressure, think on their feet, and bring creativity and practicality in equal measure. Whether it’s managing the complexities of a world-class sporting event, orchestrating large-scale operations, or ensuring every detail runs seamlessly, our people are our greatest strength.
We understand that timing is everything. From the first spark of planning to the final moment when the lights go down, our team is positioned to anticipate challenges, respond quickly, and deliver with precision. It’s this commitment to being proactive and prepared that allows our clients to focus on their vision, knowing we’ll take care of the rest.
At Incognitus, the “right people, right place, right time” isn’t just a phrase -it’s our philosophy, our promise, and the reason we continue to be trusted by some of the biggest events in the world.
And most recently, in 2024, Incognitus was proud to partner with our long-time friends at Arena Group to deliver project overlay management at the Paris Olympic Games. From concept to execution, our team ensured that every detail was in place, every challenge was met, and every deadline was achieved — because at the Olympics, there’s no room for second place.
At Incognitus, we live up to our name — working seamlessly in the background so you can stay front and center in driving your business forward. Think of us as your integrated management solution: a team that anticipates challenges, streamlines the details, and ensures every element of your event is delivered flawlessly.
Our role is to make sure your time and energy are focused where they matter most, not on the organisational tasks you’ve entrusted us to handle. From strategy to execution, we bring clarity, efficiency, and confidence to the process. And with sustainability at the core of our approach, we implement smart, lasting solutions that turn perceived problems into opportunities.
With decades of experience in the events world, we don’t just manage — we think ahead, connect the dots, and make things happen. The result? A production that feels effortless, looks flawless, and leaves a lasting impact.
At Incognitus, sustainability isn’t just an add-on, it’s at the heart of how we think, plan, and deliver events. That commitment is brought to life through WISE, our dedicated sustainability brand that is reshaping the way venues and events embrace smarter, greener practices.
One of our proudest innovations is the WISE reusable event cup. Designed to replace single-use plastic cups, this solution is simple, effective, and impactful. Every time a WISE cup is reused, it saves another disposable cup from ending up in landfill — reducing waste, cutting costs, and creating a better experience for both organisers and attendees.
With over 35 years of global experience across six continents, and a deep history in event operations, the WISE team understands the scale and complexity of large events. That’s why our reusable cups aren’t just sustainable - they’re operationally smart, built to integrate seamlessly into venue logistics and withstand the rigours of major events.
Backed by Incognitus, WISE delivers more than a product -it’s a circular economy solution that helps clients showcase their commitment to sustainability in a visible, practical way. By choosing WISE cups, event organisers are making a positive contribution to the planet while setting a new benchmark for how events can be run responsibly.
With WISE, sustainability really is in your hands.

During mid 2008, our company was formed with the focus on its founders: setting a path to create solutions for the world’s decision makers, primarily in the Leisure, Sports and Entertainment arena. At the centre are Lovett Brothers (Craig and Paul) stand as partners with a collective 60 years of experience in the sector.
