Megan joined the Incognitus team through the ‘Bright Young Things’ internship program in 2020, getting her first taste of the events world during the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Showcasing a true knack for the industry early on, she joined the Venyou Services team at Flemington this year as a trainee, taking on a role as Administrator and Coordinator.

Megan has led many successful operations in administration and recruitment, including countless race days, the 2021 Hamilton Island Enterprises Deployment and the Talisman Sabre Military Exercise. Incognitus is proud to watch her step into the role of Lead Event Administrator for the 2021 Melbourne Cup Carnival – less than 12 months after she was an intern at the same event. Megan has an incredible way with people, and has excelled as an event manager in her short time with Incognitus. She leads by example, and we look forward to seeing where her Incognitus career takes her both Australia-wide and globally.
