This August, the unmistakable buzz of the Ekka – Royal Queensland Show returned to Brisbane, drawing crowds from across the state to celebrate all things agriculture, entertainment, and Aussie community spirit. Behind the scenes? Our dedicated team at Incognitus, proudly delivering top-tier operational services to help make the Ekka experience unforgettable. With the biggest crowd since 2008 the Ekka hosted more than 400,000 attendees, the Ekka is more than a show – it’s a cultural cornerstone, and we were thrilled to roll up our sleeves and get stuck into the action.
From the crack-of-dawn logistics, skilled trades, main arena activations, entertainment & woodchop, the Incognitus team brought precision, planning, anda little bit of showbiz flair to every corner of the event. Working across multiple precincts and in collaboration with the RNA (Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland), we ensured that the behind-the-scenes chaos stayed exactly where it belonged – behind the scenes. This marks another exciting chapter in our long-standing commitment to delivering world-class event operations. Whether it was troubleshooting on the fly, supporting talent and vendors, or simply ensuring families had the best possible day out, our team rose to the challenge with the same enthusiasm the Ekka is famous for.
A massive thank you to the RNA for trusting us with such a beloved Queensland tradition. And, of course, kudos to our Incognitus crew – your tireless effort, adaptability, and professionalism are what continue to set us apart. The Ferris wheel may stop spinning, the fairy floss may fade, but our passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences rolls on.
