It’s impossible to truly explain in words the scale, energy, and sheer complexity of the Sydney Royal Easter Show- but if there’s one thing we at Incognitus know how to do, it’s deliver when it matters most.
This year’s deployment at the Royal Easter Show 2025 was nothing short of monumental. The event – a cornerstone of Sydney’s cultural calendar– ran from 11th April to 22nd April, bringing together more than 800,000 visitors from across the country and beyond. From agriculture showcases and carnival rides to gourmet food experiences and world-class entertainment, the Show is a celebration of Australia’s heritage, innovation, and community spirit.

The Incognitus team was deeply embedded across multiple facets of the event, supporting RAS NSW in executing this years Show on a razor-tight timeline. From operational planning, management of over 13,000 animals, main arena entertainment, logistics coordination, to ensuring stakeholder communication ran like clockwork, our team was on the ground, behind the scenes, and always one step ahead.
We are incredibly proud of the work done – not just during the Show itself, but in the months leading up to it. It’s no exaggeration to say that the Royal Easter Show is the most logistically demanding event we do in Australia but also the most fulfilling. Our crew brought passion, precision, and relentless drive to every stage of the process. To the whole Incognitus family- thank you.
