Incognitus is a global consulting and event management organisation specialising in the Leisure, Sport & Entertainment Sector with a focus on positioning our services in support of the client.Incognitus is currently seeking ongoing casual roustabout staff in multiple roles to continue to build & refresh our crew.

You will be working across prestigious Sydney venues particularly in Sydney Olympic Park, with an opportunity to become a part-time or full-time employee with Incognitus throughout 2022 and 2023. Your role may include working within our retail operations, distribution, logistics or premium suites team.Our positions mean you get to work at a copious amount of major events.

These include State of Origin, various Rabbitohs and Bulldogs games during the NRL season, A League soccer matches and a variety of diverse events such as sell out concerts, festivals & functions.

Reporting to the Project Manager a successful application will meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible shifts and weekends if requested
• Reliability – Must be able to work as part of a group or individually
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and positive with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Good command of English language and written skills
• Your responsibilities may include; moving and lifting heavy equipment, packing boxes, distributing food and beverages as well as setting up functions, gala dinner preparation and signage distribution etc.
• Previous event and/or venue experience is desirable
