Aaron Myers has been involved in the cleaning and venue management industry for over 16 years, delivering cleaning & waste management in a variety of sectors.
Beginning his career as part of the cleaning delivery team at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Aaron brings a diverse range of knowledge and experience to Incognitus.
Aaron joined Incognitus in 2022 as the State Manager of the NSW Operations and leads the team across the Sydney metro area, including multiple Sydney Olympic Park venues. He is responsible for a portfolio of clients and the co-ordination of the operations team on a day-to-day basis – managing upwards of 120 shifts per week.

Aaron is a highly adaptable and ethical manager who leads his team with a situational leadership model, focusing on maintaining a highly effective and competent team.
