Mitch first came to us as part of our ‘Bright Young Things’ internship program for The Melbourne Cup Carnival in 2021. Mitch took away a lot from this deployment and immediately excelled as ‘a bit of an all rounder’, It was clear that he had a bright future ahead.
Mitch then went on and completed his Diploma Of Sport Development and Diploma Of Leadership And Management whilst doing some casual work with incognitus in between.
In December 2021, Mitch begun his traineeship with Incognitus and was quickly thrown into the deep end, having been deployed into a 3 day camping festival over NYE, shortly followed by a series of major concerts in Sydney before experiencing his first Royal Easter Show in April 2022.
Following a successful deployment at the Royal Easter Show, in May 2022 Mitch was offered a full time contract as Operations Manager and has excelled in his deployments.
In his free time, Mitch considers himself to be a bit of an adrenaline junky! He loves to travel, go camping, hiking and even the occasional sky dive! He comes from a tight family unit and it resonates in his work.
Mitch’s overall care, attention to detail and ‘happy go lucky attitude’ has positioned him quickly into the Incognitus Management Team.
Mitch has a bright future ahead.
