Richard Millot

Accounts Management & Event Administrator

Richard’s love and passion for sports saw him chase his calling from a young age studying a Diploma in Sport & Recreation, Diploma of Event Management and Diploma of Business at Holmesglen Institute, before returning to complete a Bachelor of Business (Sports Management) with Swinburne University. Richard has sought out further experience opportunities, working and volunteering in a number of sport and community development roles within Local Government and AFL/VFL Clubs, before working a 5 year stint within motorsport events across Australia, including Formula 1 and V8 Supercars.

In 2015, Richard joined the Incognitus family as an event intern over the Melbourne Cup Carnival and Beyond The Valley music festival. Returning for the following event season, he has continued through roles within the organisation to become Accounts Management & Event Administrator, having previously succeeded in multiple administrative deployments including multiple Melbourne Cup Carnivals, Beyond The Valley music festivals, Royal Sydney Easter Show and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Transitioning his business skills into the Accounts Management position, Richard works closely with the Senior Management team liaising on financial matters within Incognitus, including the management of Accounts Payable and Receivable, as well as payroll functionality.

With an ambitious attitude for continuous improvement and efficiency to tasks, Richard’s growing and diverse skillset uses industry best practice whilst exploring and incorporating future technologies into the Event Industry space to further enhance the Incognitus experience.
