Victoria Racing Club Super Saturday – Incognitus Race Day

Incognitus are extremely proud of what we have been able to achieved while working with the Victoria Racing Club at Flemington Racecourse with a relationship spanning over 30 years Flemington, Incognitus now provide the operational support for the VRC through cleaning, event operation and management, function set ups and waste management for all activations and race days that occur at the venue throughout the year.

Super Saturday is one of the biggest race days on the calendar outside of the Spring Carnival, hosting group 1 races across the day. With over 20,000 people attending it provides many options for both patrons and members to explore.

During Super Saturday Incognitus overseen the Gentlemen to Help program which has been a successful addition to the Melbourne Cup Carnival experience for the ladies attending the races. Our Gentlemen provide the ladies in the crowds with all the necessary items they could need during a day at the races! This year the Gentlemen have expanded and are taking on Super Saturday with the goal that they will become a Race Day staple throughout the year at Flemington Racecourse.

The Gentlemen to Help is an initiative of the Victoria Racing Club, concepted and managed by Incognitus to provide support to all women who attend the Racecourse and enhance their on-course experience. They will have items such as; Band-aids, deodorant, haircare, moisturizer, sunscreen, sewing kits and more, all stocked in their bags as they move throughout the General Admission Areas!

This year has not come without its own challenges due to the Old Members Grandstand demolition taking place making way for the new Club stand, exciting times are ahead.
