Event Creation & Conceptualisation

The Problem

A Hospitality concept required development of its brand to a broader market segment, development of promotion and advertising mediums and a solution to increase in ticket sales and corporate hospitality opportunities. A cast was required to compliment the Concept, the sourcing of a suitable venue, and the overall development of a quality family offering

The Strategy

By having total control of the event management, Incognitus would embark on creating ‘value adds’ to the customer by producing hospitality packages of exceptional value to sell to new market segments. The strategy was to drive ticket sales and maximise revenue

The Solution

In order to execute the strategy, Incognitus looked to creating a solution that would result in a sustainable event. Our solution practices included;

  • Complete event management services from the initial pre planning stage, to execution
  • Administering all ticket sales through a reputable ticketing agent
  • Developing valuable corporate hospitality & group packages that would cover all market segments
