With many contacts and contracts around the world it was necessary to store these details in a central repository available to all of our Client’s offices around the globe. Incognitus designed and implemented the successful system. The CRM system also tracks project performance and resource planning.
Our client now enjoys a competent CRM program and manages their relationship in a manner that they had envisaged. We are now planning a phase 2 module that will assist in their entertainment and engagement management.
